qAOP tagging - DanV-AOP - 26 May 2023

A suggestion to tag AOPs that have sufficient quantitative understanding or aligned computational models to facilitate their use for quantitative applications (suggestion from webinar 1).

I like idea of easily being able to identify "model-able" KERs and AOPs

Perhaps a similar suggestion is to revise the "quantitative understanding WOE score" evaluation process, so that only AOPs with sufficient quantitative information receive a score of "medium" or "high". This will require clear definitions of what "sufficient quantitative information" actually means

A "tag" for KERs/AOPs that already have actual computation models associated with them could be helpful.
Perhaps instead of a "tag", we could create a field that (very briefly!!) describes any available models and where they can be found (e.g. a link to a paper or database).
Then we wouldnt need a "tag" per se.... we could just look for KERs and AOPs where this field is not empty

but overall, agree that easily finding this information would be very useful
