Subject : Adverse outcome pathway approach for in silico assessment of drug-induced cardiotoxicity caused by hERG inhibition.



I want to expand this pathway with all possible MIEs KEs available from other AOPs.

Dear AOP Forum,

I would like to request a coach for the development of AOP39.

We would like to expand the knowledge in the existing KEs and KERs and create new KEs or 
add relevant KEs that already exist but are not connected to AOP39 yet.

It's good to know that you are looking for Coach of AOP39.
Jason O'Brien was coaching AOP39 as a KER case study in around 2020.
If I remember correctly, Kristie Sullivan and Jessica Ponder were developers/authors of AOP39 in around 2020.
Have you contacted Jessica Ponder?
Could you let me know your name and the recent situation in AOP39?
